This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, why it is collected, and what your choices are. It applies to this website only.
1. Who we are
Spectra AI (“we”, “us”) provides done-for-you AI systems that contact, qualify, and book inbound leads for businesses. For any privacy question or request, contact us at dhruv@spectra-ai.agency.
2. Information we collect
We do not operate contact forms on this site. We do not ask you to enter your name, email, or phone number anywhere on these pages. Information reaches us in the following ways instead:
- Booking a call. Our call-booking buttons open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. If you book, Calendly collects the details you enter there (typically name, email address, and any answers you provide) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. This is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which advertisements lead to booked calls. It sets cookies and reports events such as page views and clicks to Meta. It does not tell us who you are by name.
- Embedded video. Our case-study video is embedded from YouTube. When it loads, YouTube may set cookies and receive your IP address.
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Fonts. One typeface is served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
3. Why we use it
- To schedule and hold the calls you request
- To measure which marketing produces enquiries
- To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described in this policy.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site relies on cookies set by the third parties above (Meta, YouTube, Calendly) rather than cookies of our own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.
5. How long we keep information
Booking and enquiry details are kept only as long as needed for the business relationship or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s standard retention periods.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, email dhruv@spectra-ai.agency and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Third-party services
This site depends on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy: Calendly (scheduling), Meta (advertising measurement), YouTube / Google (video and fonts), and our hosting provider (delivery and logs).
8. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date at the top will always reflect the current version.
